Question. If I breed a female Froakie with ******* with a male Froakie with Protean, will I still have a chance of getting a Froakie baby with Protean?

I don't think so. Iirc, the male can only pass the HA when breeding with a Ditto. I'm NOT sure though.

A question:

For EV's... it's the same if you make your Pokémon gain its EV's, let's say, 252 ATK and 252 Speed at a high level like LV 70 or at a low level like LV 20?
Does it has the same effect in the end? or you make your Pokémon gain its EV's at a lower level it ends up stronger?

Same effect. And if you did it at 70, it would make it stronger at a lower level,

Ex) Wifi battles, when you reset to level 50 it would be stronger than it was without the EVing even though you did it at level 70

And by the way, I was about to SpA EV train my Fokko but it is at LV 50+ and seems like it cannot gain anymore EV's.
And the EV chart shows all of its EV's being a mess, I mean, it's like all of them are equal...
And I wanted it to have 252 SpA.

Male can pass it down the chance is just REALLY low. When I used to breed I had to use Male HAs and do it until I got a Female with it. Had to do it to get a Huge Power Bunnelby

I gave up, switched back to a Ditto because it seems I have a better chance at the HA ones.
