The White Album is the only one I've ever listened to and loved, and the songs are all like 2-3 minutes long (with the exception of R9). Exile On Main St. is good too. Even London Calling kind of bores me.

Being known in the UK and australia doesn't make you global. It makes you known in english speaking countries
And Japanese/Chinese speaking countries, one is one of the biggest countries that have large population, one is the biggest musical market in the world.

Even if Taylor were local, who cares when her last album sold more in this one country alone than Rihanna, the world's most global artist etc. etc., sold everywhere in the entire world combined?
