Vevo doesn't do the whole big banner thing anymore so it's good that we at least have a big fan base to bring awareness to the video. I'm just really praying that the video isn't too long because that can kill the song and would be career mistake #1000 since 2011.

Remember when Nothing On (But The Radio) was rumored to be the lead single? I actually think that would have been a good idea since it's more relatable than Applause & better than 80% of ARTPOP. Not to mention that the song basically screams for radio spins.

Hmm I don't think they were really shading her, it just seems they were being brutally honest I wonder how much Gaga/Interscope paid them They did end up saying that if they had to choose to go the commercial route they would choose Gaga
Its also interesting to hear people in the industry say how commercial Gaga's "art" is
