yes it's iconic seeing as how Jeff Koons is an art world icon and he made it and Gaga is the pop icon that he used as a "vessel" (
) for his artwork. Double the icon, double the plehja.

It wasn't iconic in the art world before and Gaga endorsing it since has not made it iconic either.
