You have no point. It's a title. You don't know how it sounds or what it's about.
If I had to guess, it'd be about Gaga having many layers like an onion. Is it silly? Yes. If you think it's a bad title, that's fine 'cause it's just a title, but don't write off the song itself when you've never heard it.
