I wonder if the hacker guy found any new things. Like I wonder why he hasn't hacked a Deoxys and went to check out those 5 meteorites. When normally there are 4. Or what the completion reward is for completing the national dex. I pray to Arceus that it's the Shiny charm. Odds of 1/200 when chaining being lowered to around 1/50 would save me a lot of time in finding the ones I really want.

I also have extra Shiny Skrelp/Dragalge that I do not need. PM if you want one. (I also have a few other Shiny Pokémon)

You'll have a better chance at chaining a Shiny Horsea than a Seadra. Horsea's are Uncommon compare to Skrelps/Clauncher making them appear around ~40% of the time. While Seadra's are like ~5%-10%. But you do you.

I knew that, but I was too lazy to take the time and level it up to 32 I wanted Kingdra so bad that I thought I'd be able to easily catch this Seadra and then get to evo trading it next. Yet here I am 10 hours later

There are IV calculators floating around the net, I think serebii has one now.
Not too sure about other methods
