Hmmm, let's list some of Gaga's most popular/recognizable props and outfits:
- Hair bow
- The original bubble dress
- Disco stick
- Piss-yellow wig in general from TFM
What do they all have in common? They were used in multiple videos, performances, red carpet appearances, magazine covers, etc.
Gaga needs to be more CONSISTENT with her imagery and stop trying something new every time she walks out of the house to out-do herself. She has had this problem since BTW: new wig colors every day, totally dropping the visuals between singles, etc.
I have no idea why she's wasting cool new stuff like the fiber optic wig + new bubble dress on single appearances that no one sees, when she should be making them memorable.
Just look at her VMAs performance: we flipped out when she dressed in TF and TFM styles because they were memorable. The "Venus" look at the end, which she kept going for a few weeks (and I think was her best-received look in long time) + the aesthetic of I&V original promo images should've been a CONSISTENT theme for this era, but now she has already moved on. It's almost exhausting.
She best keep the current poofy blonde wig going for at least another week (if she can manage that long), it's a nice look.
