UMS can be so basic at times though, and it's the album that sounds most dated in 2013. 'Avril Lavigne' is a great album, and has some of the best material of her career

I don't think it's basic at all.

And I think "Avril Lavigne" is really bad. I like Give You What You Like and Hello Heartache but all the others songs are trash, imo. All those summer songs sound like something Miranda Cosgrove would sing. If you think that's better than Let Go and Under My Skin or some of the best material of her career, I have no words for you.

Avril Lavigne opens WW with 149k and enters at #3 on the Worldwide album chart. So everyone can stay pressed. She is still notching up them sales 11 years on in her career.
