Nice I don't think they should release this to HAC, AC and POP though. It may hurt the momentum he has built from Home and Gone Gone Gone :O. Either do a new single after this song is done or release that lead single. He has alot of other songs on the album which is more suitable for all four formats despite this song being a good one :P

Not my favorite choice, but I think the song would do well if released to other formats.

If they released this by next month, when he could possibly win AMAs New Artist of the Year + get Grammy nominations, and actually do some promo on some shows, this song could perform ala Gone, Gone, Gone

Yeah, i would prefer GUGD or HO or even MOTM to be the next single (third or fourth) but it looks like they're done with this era. I just hope that Phillips will work his ass off to give us a big hit lead single so that he can avoid the somophore slump Idols are getting.
But i think if they give WWCF a decent promo, it could be something, looks like people like it when they him play it live and that's a great sign. They just need to release the damn video and get him some adds in order for him to top the Triple A chart which would be awesome.

I think so too but it looks like the Label is done with this, look the time they've been waiting to release the video ugh, they're so done.
I love Hold On, it's my favorite and Phillips guitar play in the song is killer

I think so too, but some of them may sound too similar too GGG which is why they decided to go with this one? Not sure but I hope this does well :P I'm liking it more and more XD Just the same with OneRepublic's Something I Need as their third single :P At first I was meh but now I support it

it easily is.... I mean the vocals, the throwback and stunning production, the lyrics that were likely crafted by God. I dont see the reason why it isnt. You should be stunning for real music!
