Yeah, it was specific but it was mostly a rhetorical response to the outfit being given away. Not surprised Kelly would do that.

She did with CMB but it was meh. Really annoyed that she didn't do it for SUBG. I was thoroughly expecting it and then...meh.
Still loved the performance though.
