Just bought the album (the special silver foil edition!), it's ****ing amazing. Why does everyone hate Dope tho? It's her best ballad ever, I loved it more than I Wanna Be With You. The best thing about it is its simplicity, her voice accompained by a piano and subtle electronic sounds in the backgrounds, it makes it sound more honest and raw. The worst song (and the only one I truly dislike) is Jewels N Drugs, it simply doesn't belong on the album.
I usually hate when she does nonalbum versions because it does nothing for the album/song promotionally. People go looking for that sound and when thye play the itunes preview it sounds completely different.. BUT I love her jazzy renditions because she's never given us a true jazzy song on an album, so i live through jazz-esque live performances
