She/he/it (?) is a most creepy Kelly fan who trolls a lot and is wierd. Rumour has it that Kelly even has a restraining order because of her and that she is forbidden from going to Kelly's concerts. She was a member of ATRL and when she was banned or something like that she threatened that she would sue ATRL or something like this...
