Lmao. We know the history and how obsessed some Monsters are with Ke$ha, and she is an easy target at the moment. So when they see a chance to get a stab at her in SYG because the conversation somehow moves to her, they will always take it, and that just so happened to be the case there I guess?

Well we're not really that close, and I only met him this year (we have Math together, and I sit at a table with him and a bunch of other guys), but he just seems like a genuinely good person. I'm still not sure if I actually have a crush on him, or just want to be friends with him... I know that sounds like a weird thing to say, but it's actually happened before.

Also, in other news, one of my other friends came out to me (and a bunch of other people, including the guy I'm "crushing" on) via Facebook as gay the other day... I didn't say anything because I didn't really know what to say, I wouldn't like anyone to make a big deal out of it for me, so I didn't for them... but that guy I'm "crushing" on said that he was happy for them and that they wouldn't think any differently of them. So I know he's not homophobic, even though he uses phrases like "that's gay" and "no homo" a lot.

Those phrases are run off the mill though and pretty vanilla at this point when we're being honest. I bet he's using them only when talking to other straight guys (edit: or straight girls of whom he probably guesses will take no offense) and just to be kinda edgy and belong, like most people do as far as I can tell from experience.

Oh yeah, of course, I didn't mean anything by that. I mean everyone says "thats gay" about stuff that they don't like much... especially around here. And he doesn't really use "no homo" a lot, he just said it once when some guy commented "this is beautiful" on one of his Instagram photos and basically said "Thanks! No homo (:"... I'm not taking any of it seriously, the main point is that he's not a homophobe so that's a +1 (I wouldn't want to be friends with someone who's a homophobe/racist, etc.) This is my crush we're talking about, in case there was any confusion, not my friend who recently came out.

Yeah, I was just happy to know where he stood on the whole thing, without me actually having to come out to find out.

But we probably won't see each other much next year... I don't know if we have any classes together (probably not) and other than that I doubt I'll be hanging out with those guys unless I make an effort to like I did last year/the start of this year. So that will probably make it easier to get over whatever feelings I have.
