Saying ____ race is unattractive or I don't like ____ race because _____ almost always is based on stereotypes/prejudice though.

I'm 99% sure there are attractive people in every race.

If you just so happen to date your own race fine.

If you just so happen to date x, y, or z race fine.

If you exclusively seek out a certain race because you don't like your own that's not a good thing.

Ex, I remember one black guy said he would date Taylor Swift over Meagan Good solely because she's white and not because he was actually attracted to her, that's not fine.

But if you're constantly spewing that "there are no attractive [insert race] males", you're obviously somewhat racist and believe your race is superior (in looks) to other races.

Funny enough, I always hear this from my white guy friends talking about black females. I'm always astonished considering the most beautiful women on earth are black (Beyonce, Rihanna, and Naomi).

Genuinely not finding people you see of a certain race unattractive isn't racist. When people start saying 'all asian people are ugly' or 'I don't date black guys because they're disgusting' then it turns into a problem. Shutting out an entire race of people and leaving no possibility whatsoever in the future to date someone of that race isn't okay. If you never find a black dude cute, okay whatever. But if you say I'd never date a black dude simply because he's black, and you would turn down a date with somebody because they're black and you have no idea what they actually look like that outside of that is racist.

i guess i see the racism in it , its because you are showing preference to one race over the other (hinting superiority) when race shouldn't even play a huge factor in the dating game as you should date more for personality versus race.

I knew this thread would be made. It's seen as "racist" because if anyone knows the gay community (at least), there's tiers for attractiveness by race and whites are usually the most desired and blacks and asians are at the bottom. Preference is fine in my opinion but don't make ugly statements.
