I'm not sure about Israel, but the guy who tweeted about the DR date works for PAV Events, a promoter that has brought a lot of major stars to DR.

Yes it has..

She always a few moments where her hair is flawless on tour, but looks a mess the majority of the time. The only reason TBE hair was flawless most of the time is because she was rocking a lacefront and not an actual weave.
