I bought a couple of CDs from them, their service is pretty good. they ship from Hong Kong by the way.
but what I don't like is that sometimes they ship Argentina versions (manufactured in Argentina)
these are legit, but the quality of the inserts is bad compared with the ones manufactured in the EU.
The shipping was free, and the editions I got were always good ones, so I used to love it.
As for your problem, can't you check on the website itself the origin of the product? If I remember well they used to put in on display.

It's no big deal tho. it only happened once with BTD, the jewel case was terrible but it had a crack caused by shipping so I asked for a replacement jewel case.
They have some great deals, I bought Born This Way (Special Edition) for like $5
I'll pre-order "Britney Jean" from them, they have it for $12.99.
I'll contact them asking about the deluxe edition tho.

Once I received a CD (James Blunt's live album) with the case broken as well, but they sent me another one very quickly.
