That is the track it's power. Gaga comes from an era where she took everything to the extreme. DWUW is simple, shows Gaga from a different side, it's simple but effective.
I am not saying Venus would have done bad, but DWUW could bring those extra album sales, not that she might have to worry about her sales, but it shows diversity of the album aswell.
