The only character I know is Rachael, I only knew of the show because of The Only Exception cover, then after that I watched a couple episodes here and there in season 2 & 3.

I'm not. (Read post above) I didn't even watched the whole episode, I was waiting for TOE but it took forever and stopped watching 45min in, but I enjoyed the Britney songs! Then I heard TOE was performed at last and watched on youtube.
I have watched a couple episodes or a couple minutes of some episodes here and there each season.
