You betta stan! And I think she was going to the EMA's after party in that dress. But I love the cerulean blue paired with her red hair. It's a fabulous combination, especially on her skin.
It's interesting if you look back at the Loud era and Rih's fashion choices, as the colors she wore were very carefully selected to complement that wild hair color. And I know we think of Loud as being her "colorful" era, but it was really all about tans and nudes during that time.
