The lyrics in this snippet alone are enough to know that overall DWUW is a better song in its entirety because it doesn't contain Venus' apparent lyrical awkwardness.

The song was positively received and its the first time in awhile shes made something without blatant convolution. I think it has an obvious chance of doing better than Applause. But I mean if her fans act like haters online and oppose it just because she decided to go with it instead of Venus thats not really going to help it.

Nope, I personally think it sounds better than Born This Way so far. As typical with Gaga and most albums really theres aspects I find questionable but I mean even with my bitching overall I think its good. I'm glad she ditched the cheesy 80s hair metal.
