I don't want to raise them up in levels because they'll get EVs from other Pokémon and that would mean that I'd have to spam my stylus for 6 reset bags.

At least clear the first rank of Super Training. You can just BS each one— just so it can say "cleared" and you'll be good to go, then use a reset bag. Stick to the second or third rank, tbh. Secondly, all you need are the black/yellow Double x2 bags (forgot what they're called, but they double the EV's you'll gain) and use the boost method during the Super Training regime's. Boosting means holding your stylus down on the screen for a hot second til it does a boost and aim at goals. It's not as fast as flicking balls 20 times per second, but it's guaranteed to hit each goal and will double the points so the quota will fill faster. You'll spend like only 15 seconds each round this way. Combine that with the Double Bag and you'll get either 16 EVs/per round at rank two or 24 EVs/per round at rank 3.
Reset bags aren't that hard to come across once you're focusing on one or two stats for a Pokemon. What I do is I keep spamming the punching bag, but I'll only keep the Super Training boost bags and whatever current stat bags I'm working on. Anything else gets discarded. If a reset bag comes along, I'll keep it. They start to pile up eventually.
