My thoughts:

I love DWUW as a song. I think it will do very well on radio so it should do good on the charts.

However I hate this sudden change. It just proves Interscop/Gaga care just as much about the charts. URGH.

Why didn't they pick DWUW as the 2nd single from the begining? So is VENUS bad?! Why are they scared it couldn't do better? Remember how they almost anounced Gypsy as second single and then she anounced Venus. And now its DWUW?

What about X Factor? She is going to Europe today or tomorrow and will be busy with the listening party till Friday. Hardly time to change the performance to DWUW. So is she performing Venus? "yeah guys, the song is out NOW but DWUW is my 2nd single, wait 4 more weeks for a video YAY"....huh?

Its just all so MESSY.

The fact that Venus will probably go to No. 1 next Monday too because of pre-orders will be just sad to watch. Of course I haven't heard Venus yet, but they should have known that DWUW could overshadow it?

Reminds me of TEOG/Judas mess again. They never learn from their mistakes. I know we haven't heard Venus yet and DWUW could probably be the more commercial song of the two, but they have to realize that the main reason it went #1 everywhere is because of the pre-orders. Venus will do the exact same thing next week. Dope will probably do the same thing.

This could also be planned though. I find it odd that DWUW got a commercial and Venus didn't. Plus she's performing on XFactor next week and 1 week is very short notice to change up the performance.
