I'm disappointed. The production is a mess. Too much autotune at parts, especially on Dinah in Who Are You. Too much compression on the high belts from Aly and Dinah. The bridge of Who Are You pales hugely in comparison to the live version. They sound fuller and more resonant live, but the studio version has them sounding like chipmunks. The vocal production is messy, which is a shame, since this group has amazing talent to show off.
The songs are great though. There's so much potential here.
dont wanna dance alone is a bit basic to me.
better together is somethin that I like a lot! love em high notes and midtempos in general.
who are you didnt impress me. only their singin but song is boring.
leave my heart out of this is amazin!!
I have no idea why the label relegated One Wish to bonus track status. It's one of the few that sounds as good as it does live. I agree with the over-production and really odd/amateur sounding vocal engineering choices that were made taking away a lot from some of these songs. I hope they fix some of this mess on the full album if they carry over tracks like LMHOOT.

Yaaas girls, slay Mauritius
In all seriousness, it's charting in 48 countries. That's amazing for an XFUS act
"One Wish" sounds too immature to me (esp. the bridge). I know they are marketing them for a younger audience, but I don't think they'll have a hit with songs like "Me and My Girls"
I think the autotune/engineering ruins "Who Are You" and even parts of "Better Together" so I guess I want LMHOOT or DWDA (my personal fave) as the next single?

I think the same. I think the now you're looking dumb part kinda takes away from the song. I like the rest. It's really catchy. I think DWDA wouldn't do anything as a single. LMHOOT has that IKYWT kinda vibe in the beginning and it's extremely catchy and they sound great, and the whistle is pretty catchy too.
