Are you from Europe? If so it shouldn't make a difference since Japanese DVD's still work in Europe so the iTunes DVD will be playable. Just might have been more expensive than getting the UK version.

Did they remove the "heal me" part form MANICURE? I'm going to smack a bitch if they did.
Not completely. They removed it as the post-chorus and instead added a new post chorus that sounds a lot more quiet and almost spoken, from what we can hear in the snippet. The "heal me" section is the bridge now.
I hope that this doesn't have only surface-y, dance-y, message-less songs. I need something with meaning from her. ARTPOP, Swine, Gypsy, and Donatella look promising in that prospect.
