Not that I know of, sorry.
I just started by going to that big center city and just going around and see if I could tip people. Only found like 1 or 2. Then I started going town to town and looking for those cafe where you pay to be seated because I needed to see Raikou, Suicune & Entei and I jut happen to have tipped the waiter all the time around Kalos. I didn't tip any photographers though because I didn't see any around

My Pokemon just made me look good. Because in actually they are awful. Besides those rock moves I used, my Pokemon can't fight with out hurting each other.

And when I used surf and left Ampharos with 5 HP, I didn't expect that to work out so well.

The museum has pictures of the Johto, Sinnoh, and Unova region but no pictures of the Hoenn or Kanto region except for that picture of Mr. Briney. Interesting.
