Don't expect it to learn any good Dark Type moves, you can teach it Dark Pulse though which you can find in Route 15.

Wait, I think it's Route 16, you see the little girl close to the fishing area (near the Lumiose City entrance), there's a patch of grass there and head towards there until you see the prickly trees you have to cut. After that use waterfall and surf up the river, I think that's where you'll find it...I don't really remember
