Go to your dash and click on the orange pedo smiley at the top. Your FC is on your card. To add click register friend and internet. oh and just click on the person when it comes to trading bbbbb. for randoms go to the GTS which is at the top and looks like a tablet (2nd page in it) next to the wifi connection thing.
