Question: So now that Rih is technically signed to RocNation since her 7 album contract with Def Jam ended. Do yall think for R8 she's gonna take the Jay Z/ Kanye approach with no promo, announce the album date a week or two in advance and get a deal with a major corporation? OR traditional heavy promo?

She's still with Def Jam. She renewed her contract with them when she released Unapologetic.

It was a 6 album contract and then a 3 album contract.

She owes them 2 more albums and can fire Roc Nation any time she wants (if ever)

She still with IDJ for 2 mkre albums and she can fire Roc Nation when she wants.

- But hell no I personally wouldn't want her to do that. I was just curious to see if yall thought she would ever do something like that. Yeah, it would be the fastest way she ever went platinum but I like the excitement of building hype for an era and doing interviews.
