No one is sure of the exact rates but shinies are more common and people seem to think the Masuda Method still makes it even more likely

My one complaint about X&Y is that the Elite 4 doesn't scale up after beating them the first time like they did in B/W 2, like how to not keep something so perfect and Godly?

So I just finished EV training my Vaporeon and it took about less then an hour and a half.

Has anyone tried EV training regularly with Pokerus and those power bands 👀
