We don't know yet. Personally I'd prefer late November, but that seems a bit too early considering the single is also coming out in November and they might wanna give it some time to grow.
December isn't too bad though, that'll give her the opportunity to sell a lot (Christmas sales), although she'd be missing out on those Thanksgiving sales. Thing with December releases though, they tend to be kinda left in the shadow when January comes. So Mimi should promote in January and February as well.
