Ok here's the new schedule:

10pm EST is the new deadline for team challenges.
that way all y'all have to do the next morning is look at the results.
Then @ 1:30pm EST i will send out PMs to the losing captains and they will tell me who they are putting up for elimination. Then @ 5pm EST i will PM the winning team and they will vote for who they want to be eliminated.
This way you guys have multiple breaks instead of everything pretty much being mashed together.
Sounds good? any suggestions?
