Are you that juvenile? Are you trying to tell me that the music industry, the fashion industry, etc is comprised of women alone? 
Lorde is not a feminist, she wouldn't know one thing about being a feminist. She is just 16 years old label puppet created to be the anti female pop-stars a la Avril Lavigne and P!nk.
There may be pressure on men but it is nowhere near the pressure that is put on women by society.

If women really wanted "real women" on the runways and magazines, there would be real women on magazines. Their target market are women, so obviously they are going to do things that satisfy women. If seeing paper thin models on the catwalk and front covers, bitches hosting gossip shows and tearing down other women, is what women want, that is what they are going to get. It's the women perpetuating the culture, not men. There is a demand for all of this, and it's not coming from men. Women simply hate each other. The competitiveness just seems to be in their nature

i actually agree with Javan on that one
women do tend to tear each other down a lot... watch an award show with a room full of women and listen to the comments they make ( some ATRL realness)

Again, women are the ones that occupy the music and fashion industry, right? Do you think Alexander Wang, Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, etc would let that happen?

I LOVE how it's two guys are arguing over what WOMEN face as IF they could possibly understand. It's like a white man telling how a black man should feel. Pure comedy.
