Inkigayo is one of their
weekly music shows, it's aired on Sundays ~3:30pm KST. They have a charting system of the most popular songs of the week based on sales + yt views + votes etc. and they give an award at the end to the #1 "popular" song of the week.
The other music shows are Show Champion (Wednesday) M! countdown (thursday), Music Bank (Friday), Music Core (Saturday). They are all aired on different broadcast stations.

I've picked up a Genki coursebook which is pretty acclaimed by self-learners and I've been browsing Youtube for polyglot vloggers who've learnt Japanese and they say you're better off self-teaching but it's just so hard lmao. I remember the characters for like 5 minutes and then I just forget them and I'm back to square one. I'm literally Dory from Finding Nemo.
