I'm worried about 2014 grammys. This is pretty tough competition for Kelly, if CMB gets even one nom I will be happy.

I honestly don't think that's the reason. Amy's and Duffy's music is similar to Adele's one in my opinion (and Amy's Frank and Back To Black (I ain't that familiar with Duffy's discography) are much better than 21). It is true that both Amy and Duffy won a bunch of Grammies, so maybe the academy or whoever chooses the winners like that style of music of ladies with unusual voices. Who knows.

It's clear that they have their favorite ones like Adele, Xtina (who doesn't have that many awards but has tons of noms), Beyoncé, Amy (who definitely deserved all the awards she got tho), Taylor and on the other hand people who they don't like like Pink, Britney and I used to think Kelly also isn't their favorite one but she got 3/4 noms last year and she won one of them so maybe they started to like her.

I don't think that Xtina is one of their faves. She has 4 Grammies out of lots of nominations. Tbqh, I think she deserves them, but whatever

I wouldn't be surprised if she submitted Standing on the sun or Grown Woman. But I didn't mean it like that Beyoncé or Xtina are a competition against Kelly, I just wanted to say that the Grammies aren't that fair cause they have their favourite and not favourite artists (like everyone).

Get Up would have easily snatched ROTY & SOTY if it had been nominated.

I don't know why they didn't submit TIU tho. It wouldn't probably get a nom but they could try at least.

Get Up is so flawless tbh

They should've been submitting PLU and TIU too even if we(the base) are not such fans of them. Kelly snatched with Stronger (song) last yeah so I don't see why PLU wouldn't have been a good choice . And TIU could've been snatching a biT in country

Well, I wouldn't submit PLU for the Pop categories or SOTY or ROTY because CMB has much better chances and the votes may get split between PLU and CMB and in the end neither of them would have enough votes. Maybe for a dance category but I guess it wouldn't fit it.

Flop them for not submitting TIU tho.

No I think for each award they can only choose one song to submit. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have submitted TIU then though... Although maybe Kelly doesn't want to push it with trying to get solo nominations until she actually releases a country album.

I don't think DR will be hurt because Vince doesn't have a big part... He's an accomplished musician and does play guitar on the track too so it's no different than bands that enter who only have one vocalist.

There is a Coutry Song of the Year or something like that category isn't there? DR should have been submitted for it as well.

You never want to submit two songs by the same artist in the same category. That results in vote splitting and you cut your chances in half of being nominated.

And guys don't forget the thousands of submissions that haven't leaked because they're mostly irrelevantly but sometimes surprise noms get in there. I think she has a good shot for a pop vocal nom and the country collab nom though.

Oh, that's awful! I don't have any reccuring dreams but my mom does and the dreams are about her not having enough time to do something (there are like two or three versions of the dream). I think those kinds of dreams appear when you have some problems, when you are stressed, depressed etc. I think it must be terrible.

Wow, Kelly has nightmare about fire as well, I'm not the only one So strange that she's been having this dream since she was five. I have lots of recurring dreams. I have actually created a whole city in my dreams to which I often go back. I can actually draw a map of it. It has an abandoned shopping mall, an airport, a bar, a movie theater, and schools. But they're all either abandoned or in a very bad state and I always walk around and know that something reall bad is going to happen, but I can't do anything about it. I've been having these dreams since I was 12, I see them more as an inspiration now though.
