That's not a digipak. If you look at the top, you can see it's a jewel case with a slip case over it. It's also fake, it says "14 remixes!" Which born this way never had.

Sis, both are sold on eBay, that is no proof it's a real label made digipak version of it. Some random person should just be illegally copying the album and printing their own digipaks.
