So...? lol, it's still far from the Elite 4 and you can always breed, besides he's the Pseudo from this Gen, it's a given he wouldn't be encountered earlier on.

I'm using one on my team and I plan on keeping him under-evolved until the Elite 4 and evolve him right before the Champion (that is if he indeed evolves at lvl 70). I don't think that's a good reason to not use him on your team lol.

nnn. A lot of the higher tier pokemon in OU and stuff are faster than that unless they're a wall which sadly Aurorus is far from.

And nobody has ever denied Jynx sucks (but she's excellent in her own tier)
