You download it from the E-shop and its on that 3DS that you downloaded on forever. Although its going to be slow most likely because all the little Pokemonsters are gonna be trying to download it.

So 89 Pokemon is confirmed pretty much at this point, which isn't bad. Only 11 less then Gen II and these are all original Pokemon

There are 69 I think seen so far, so we have 20 to go
