Because the Yveltal stats posted earlier had him at high 150 Attack/SpA and 100 Defense/SpD/Speed so I'm assuming Xerneas would be the opposite.

yes, he has a deadly Attack/S.Attack, but with that Speed he ain't sweeping anything. + his bulk is Gigantic. Xerneas can still have sufficient Speed and S/Attack stats to sweep, imo.
