Plus I know he likes Pangoro (he calls it Pandango because it's funnier) and you need the Dark type to evolve it, but he doesn't know that Froakie turns into Water/Dark and I want to be like "GOOD THING YOU'RE CHOOSING FROAKIE BECAUSE THAT HELPS YOU SO MUCH"

The only parts that are in 3D are the battle animations and a select few other things, the overworld isn't, and Fairy type is meh, I barely like any of them, except for the old pokemon that got retyped and I can live without it.
