I think the album will be streamed the week before. WoA was 2 weeks after DH and the week before the album is 2 weeks after WoA.
The album is being released 3 weeks after Walking On Air release.
Plus we're probably getting Unconditionally the week before album release.

I don't think an album stream is out of the question. iTunes Radio now has a station for streaming new albums and iTunes and Katy have been very hands on so far, so I wouldn't be surprised.
