RS wrote that article on the 20th of Feb and was noting the release date as the 10th of March. According to your math, that is 19 days which is now closer to 3 weeks than 2 weeks. It's all in the subtlety of the semantics.
Regardless, you have to look at what era she was coming from. A complete FLOP. I was surprised she even sold as much as she did. She might have pulled in 275K at best.
