if you don't feel that you should "waste" money on a digital download, why should anyone else "waste" it on gifting it to you?
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that a fan might want to support his/her favorite artist, but do you.

no one's trying to make you feel bad - if you don't have the $ right now, I understand - just don't spam the thread with requests. there are several members here who always gift when a song is released, and they always let people know when they're going to do it.
