She said there will be free music on the app so I'm assuming some of it at least will be free.
However, I can't imagine her not charging. She spent a lot on this app so she'd want to make her money back.
I hope the extra music will be free. She can charge for the games or other stuff idc.
That's good about the features being limited. I wish the app would be able to tell the difference between an illegally downloaded copy of the album and an actual purchased copy (bought from iTunes, Amazon, code from a physical copy, etc.) But then again, that might not be possible. Wow, I'm sure a lot of work went into this app.

I can't provide receipts coz I'm on my phone but I do remember her saying that.
Honestly, I remember her saying more features would be available if you bought the album. I can't find the receipts at the moment though. But she said that there would be a remixing feature in the app and, just by that, common sense would tell you we need the music to remix the songs.

The ARTPOP app is Free, available in App Stores on your device. You can purchase the music through the ARTPOP app once it's downloaded.
You clearly need the music to fully experience the app.

She did say that the music on the app would be locked until you bought it. The only thing I can see being free some of the features like the making your own sculpture/chatting and remixing her songs with acapella tracks and soundbites that they give us. Idk about anything else though.
