If you want a ballad that Everyone can Releate to then this quite fits the mold , she couldn't have wrote a better song, and if you think this is a mediocere ballad then you have Really high and unrealistic standards, and bad taste to be quite honest.

Y&i and Speechless are way better than this. It's not the lyrics/concept I have issue with. There's no captivating melody, and her vocals cannot save it, she's not gonna be serving SLY vocals on this. If kept as is, it will be a boring song.

it's unhealthy to keep comparing songs together especially when you bring a song like speechlech up, it's the same unhealthy comparisson that goes on whenever we get a new song comparining it to the likes of Poker face & bad romance, and how are you going to talk about the melody when all we have is a live version that might end up being a rendition of the actual song.

As I said, if left as is. Which is what I'm expecting because Paul confirmed on twitter it will be piano only. thus what we heard at swinefest will most likely be the final. obviously if it's different than that, then I can't compare it to anything, or say it's good/bad. and neither can you.
