MM should have been a fall closer.
The boys should have never happened and Freedom would have done what it did regardless.
So:
Promo singles: RIM, SH
1st singles Jan-April (Right by my side)/Feb-June (Pound the alarm/Starships...BMI awards won't make me feel like SS would have been better than PTA as a first pop singe...sorry, not sorry.)
2nd singles April-July (Beez in the trap)/July-September (Va va voom)
3rd singles July-Sept (I am your leader since Drake wasn't available to shoot a video for Champion)/September-December (Marilyn monroe...Whip it would also work if they were successful in the dual release but since the re up happened then close the pop era with MM as it reflects the good and bad and would have been a pop hit in the winter)
The re-up
Sept/Oct-Jan (Freedom)
February-May (High school)
May-July (I'm legit)

Most people did. I was in the minority because I never got single vibe from it until August 2012 when i took my annual vacation to Arizona and as I was playing the album in the rented SUV it was sunny and bright and it clicked finally to me how great Masquerade would be as a single.
If the HIP POP hybrid would have worked then the for pop singles should have been PTA/SS

, Va va voom, Marilyn monroe and Masquerade or whip it.

yep and people kept on pointing out that it was top 100 and when it was close to top 100 yet PTA was a single. You're good to have that kind of memory.
For some reason, I was not a PTA user until the fall.

Nothing on RR was worth releasing to pop besides Va Va Voom, Young Forever & Right By My Side. Pound the Alarm maybe as well, but its chart performance was indication that it was already dated & behind trends of the time.

YF is too pop and fluff.
PTA would have been a 7.3M+ seller rather than 7.2M SS. Not only did it follow the same pattern it had a nice little rap that wouldn't have made it so polarizing and endure such backlash.
it didn't have twinkle twinkle little star as a lyric.
RBMS would have been a good idea as a re-release of PF because Chris came back but that was short lived as his antics painted him as angry black guy that didn't learn his lesson to the media unfortunately

Umm... Masqurade would have smashed if it were a single, it had adidas promo all through fall. And was charting in Asian countries itunes. It would have been huge if Nicki took into consideration the promo possibilities.

Masquerade would have been a nice single. It's one of the few songs on the album that could work during any single.
THinking about it IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT to release it as a summer single and Va va voom would have been a great fall single. I guess that meant no MM single.
PTA, M, VVV with TRU cutting off pop singles

But people consider Automatically basic, beautiful sinfully forgettable track and young fornever try hard to appease high schoolers were the pits. I use YF but still.
