If I was a group, it would feel like a slap in the face that they rather "create" a group then let another group have a second chance to grow and maybe make it on the show. It's a last to create a group cause once the show finishes and the labels spend that money on a record, what is they break up. It's too tricky
I thought it was unfair for them to make groups. Especially when they tried out solo... i mean the actual groups have already jelled and know there strong points and each other really well.
