The no proper b stage/no flying is what people have already suggested, saying that it wasn't brought to the south american shows as the majority were in stadiums/outdoor venues (that would never have been able to fly or use the proper Bey stage) and it would cost a lot and not be as profitable to transport it to just 3 arena shows (2 mexico, 1 puerto rico)
As for the set list, that's annoying me too. Shortening End of Time was so unnecessary and the removal of Schoolin' Life and now even Flaws and All just makes no sense to me. I'll forgive ha if it's making room though.
The hair is subjective though some people might enjoy the changes (even though I'm dying for her to go back to a long curly European leg weave for the start of the AUS leg
)
Also, I kind of don't like the new RTW costume. I loved it at made in america but the other one was so like perfect and regal and looked so good when she rises up from the stage.
