I know but with Gaga and Britney underperforming/flopping in their first weeks that should tell you to expect the unexpected.

At this point i wouldn't be surprised if she topped iTunes, i shade her a lot but i can't deny she seems to be a lot more relevant now than she was when RTW was released. You know she'll go all out for a hit single as well.
