It works amazing on my iPhone 4, and it's only a single core.

4S has a dual-core so it should work great!

Especially when they set up playlists for the Top 100 in iTunes Store, what's the point of people buying the songs then?

You need Wi-Fi. So basically unless people give you a Wi-Fi password, you can only do it at home.
