It was Distrurbia and its MV that really made me interested in RiRi. I just happened to see the video on MTV that summer.
Rated R made it official tho.

Sure I had heard her previous hits on the radio and put them on my iPod, but I was just an ordinary music consumer then.
I remember how I heard Unfaithful on the radio in the summer of 2006. I loved it, but since I couldn't really understand English at that age, I STRUGGLED big time to get the song title/lyrics right so that I could find/download the song. I had no idea who the singer was either. Then one fine day, I managed to pull through.

I am sure I heard PDR before SOS but didn't care for it at all.
Then I saw SOS video and was like - nah this girl is really sexy, but this style is not the tea. The production is so tacky.
Then I heard Unfaithful on the radio and was like Beautiful song. I was surprised when I found out the SOS gurl is singing it.
Next I saw the Umbrella vid & I fell in love. The song was everything!!!
SUAD was just OK, but DSTM was a big jam. I did not acknowledge HTILY at all.
Was not too big fan of TAB and Disturbia. Rehab was just cute.
Then the RR era came in 09 and I enjoyed the image of the era so damn much.
Remember having RR, Hard, WYT & Te Amo on replay before the album came out.

I always enjoyed Rih music but tbh the incident made me pay attention to her (that prob sounds so wrong) I just felt so bad for her and when Rated R came with her fashion and style revamped I fell in love & Rude Boy was pretty much the icing on the cake.

PDR was discounted, hence why it re-entered the chart. Discounts really benefit Rihanna in the UK (see TTT hitting #1 after 1000 weeks because of discount). I don't know why Rihanna's albums are so damn expensive since Rated R. That bitch thinks she's a superstar.

So is this even gonna outsell TTT; what could she do to push sales beside the obvious promote and put it on spottily?(Why isn't the full album on there only certain songs)

Yes it did. It actually outsold Talk in the span of 5 months (3M). I mean Unap stalled after Stay.

I still remember downloading the whole Rock in Rio and played it thru speakers, when Man Down came, my parents and lolling at her rendition. They said she lpoked so high and sounded really drunk. That's rockstar Rihanna, I excused.

If only I have a lot of time to join these games on atrl, I mean I really want to join Hunger Games and these competitions but I know becaise of time constraints I will be booted off early.
